Concept & Design
Space planning, mood boards, material palettes. Two design directions presented before anything is fixed.
Permits & Documentation
Working drawings, IMB coordination, building management submissions. We handle the paperwork.
MEP & Civil Works
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, data cabling — all coordinated in-house. No subcontractor gaps.
Custom Furniture
Fabricated at our Jakarta workshop. Joinery, upholstery, custom metalwork — built to spec.
FF&E Procurement
We source, procure, and install all furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Fixed-price, no surprises.
Handover & Warranty
Final inspection with the client, official handover, and 1–12 months warranty. We're still here after move-in day.
