Workspace
Reset.
Your office has changed since the pandemic. We help you adapt — without starting from scratch.
THE CONCEPT
Hybrid work changed the office — not just how it's filled.
Most office interiors are still built around the old model — five days a week, 100% capacity. But the world has changed. Hybrid work means staff come in 2–3 days a week, and they need collaboration space, not rows of desks.
Workspace Reset is our answer: we reuse 60–80% of your existing furniture, reconfigure the layout for hybrid work, and add new design elements — done in weeks, not months. Cost: 40–60% less than a full fit-out.

WHEN THIS IS THE RIGHT CHOICE
Reset, or full fit-out?
Not every office needs stripping out. A Workspace Reset makes sense when the shell is still sound and most of the furniture is in good condition — what is failing is the layout, not the material. This is the situation we meet most often in offices laid out for five full days at 100% occupancy, while the working pattern has already shifted to hybrid.
A full fit-out is the better answer when you are moving into an empty space, or when the MEP systems and ceiling genuinely need replacing. In those cases, keeping old elements adds cost rather than saving it.
The cost comparison is set out in our guide to office fit-out and interior costs in Jakarta, which breaks pricing down by starting condition.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
What is a Workspace Reset?
An office renovation approach that reuses 60–80% of existing furniture, reconfigures the layout for hybrid working, and adds new design elements — without stripping out the whole space.
How much does it save compared with a full fit-out?
Typically 40–60% less, because most furniture and existing elements do not need to be bought again.
Does the existing furniture have to be discarded?
No — the opposite. We retain 60–80% of existing furniture, reconfigure it, and refinish it in our workshop where needed.
When should I choose a full fit-out instead?
When you are moving into an empty space, or when the MEP systems and ceiling need replacing. In those cases, retaining old elements adds cost rather than reducing it.
