Structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, data cabling — all coordinated and executed in-house. One team responsible, no trade coordination gaps.
Custom Joinery & Millwork
Counters, display units, bar tops, built-in shelving — fabricated at our Jakarta workshop to exact spec, material, and surface finish.
FF&E & Handover
Furniture, fixtures, equipment, and signage — sourced, installed, and signed off with a full snag list. Warranty support included post-handover.

Do you take projects outside Jakarta?
Yes. We deliver commercial interior projects across Indonesia and internationally.
Is MEP work included in the scope?
It is. Civil works, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and data cabling are coordinated under one contract alongside design and joinery — with no handover between parties.
Is the design fee charged separately?
No, provided the construction work is also carried out by us. Two design directions are presented before any commitment is made.
Is the joinery made in-house?
Yes. Custom joinery and millwork are fabricated in our Jakarta workshop, so dimensions can be matched to the space and results stay consistent across branches.
