Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, data cabling — all coordinated in-house. No subcontractor gaps.
Custom Furniture
Fabricated at our Jakarta workshop. Joinery, upholstery, custom metalwork — built to spec.
FF&E Procurement
We source, procure, and install all furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Fixed-price, no surprises.
Handover & Warranty
Snag list, punch-out, and warranty support. We're still here after move-in day.
