Phase 01
Consultation, Brief & Site Survey
1–2 days
The relationship starts here. You reach out, share your brief, and we visit the site. We listen before we draw anything.
What you receive
Accurate site measurements from our survey team
CAD drawings of the space — provided by you, or produced by us if unavailable
Validated project scope with clearly identified spatial challenges
A shared design direction baseline, including any reference styles you bring to the table
Phase 02
2D Layout & 3D Design
2–4 days
Our designers translate your brief into two distinct spatial concepts — each with a complete floor plan and photorealistic 3D render showing real materials, lighting, and finishes. Not mood boards. Actual design.
What you receive
2 full 2D layout options for your space
2 high-detail 3D renderings — materials, lighting, and finishes included
Optional alignment meeting to clarify questions, compare options, or request adjustments
Revised output if adjustments are requested at the meeting
Phase 03
Final BOQ Submission
2–3 days
Once the design direction is clear, we produce a complete, itemised cost breakdown. No rounding. Every line is accounted for — including your workmanship warranty terms, agreed here before any approval is signed.
What you receive
Final quotation — covering both options or your selected design (BOQ)
Full line-by-line cost breakdown with no hidden items
Workmanship warranty terms — duration and scope confirmed at this stage, before the project begins
Client selects preferred design
Phase 04
Your Approval & Document Submission
6–7 days
The project is formalised. Documents are signed, the first payment is processed, and we immediately begin permit and building pre-clearance in parallel — so no time is lost waiting on administration.
What we need from you
Written approval via email
Purchase Order (PO)
Down payment
Appointment letter and assignment of your day-to-day PIC contact
Final material sign-off — authorises fabrication and procurement to begin
What you receive
Material samples and specification sheet for your review
Adjustment consultation if you wish to modify any material selections
Project time schedule with milestones and key dates
WhatsApp coordination group — your direct line to PM and site team from day one
Work Permit cleared (Surat Izin Kerja)
Down payment processed — project officially begins
Phase 05
Kick-off Meeting
1 day
The moment planning becomes execution. Your PM, lead designer, and site team align on sequence, site access, logistics, and first-day priorities — before work begins.
What you receive
Full team introduction — your dedicated PM, lead designer, and site supervisor
Final schedule walkthrough with confirmed site start date
Site work begins
Phase 06
Site Construction & Installation
4 weeks and above
The longest phase — and the one where most studios go quiet. We don't. A dedicated PM and designer stay on your project with structured check-ins and daily visibility built into the process, not added as an afterthought.
What you receive throughout
Minimum one weekly meeting — on-site or online — with your dedicated PM and Designer to verify drawings against actual site work
Daily progress photos and field updates posted to your WhatsApp coordination group
Weekly timeline report showing progress percentage and completed work weight
Immediate notification for any urgent client requests or completed loose-furniture installations
Progress-linked invoicing — payment terms are tied to verified milestone completion, not arbitrary dates
Progress-based payment terms apply
Phase 07
Revisions & Additional Work
2–3 days minor · 3–5 days major
Changes happen mid-project. You tell us what you want adjusted — we listen and get it done.
What you give us
A brief of what you want changed or added — shared via WhatsApp, on-site, or in a meeting
What you receive
Confirmation of scope and any timeline adjustment
Update when the change is done
Phase 08
Handover & Aftercare
5–7 days + 1–12 months
The project is complete — and our commitment isn't. Handover is formal and fully documented. Aftercare is proactive, not reactive.
At handover you receive
Final photo and video documentation of the completed space
As-built drawings on USB flash drive
Signed Work Completion Certificate (BAST)
Final payment termin processing
Aftercare — 1 to 12 months
Workmanship warranty — duration agreed at BOQ stage, specific to your project scope and space type
Free site visits for any reported issues or concerns
Bi-weekly proactive check-in visits — we come to you, not just when something goes wrong
Touch-up service for minor defects arising from normal use
Project complete — aftercare begins
Ready to begin
Let's map out your project.
Consultation and site survey are the first step — and they cost nothing. Tell us about your space.
