Lazada Indonesia, one of Southeast Asia's largest e-commerce platforms, needed a fully fitted, brand-reflective workspace at Capital Place, Kuningan. Intermulti Kreasi delivered a complete interior design and build — from structural coordination and M&E to custom furniture, meeting rooms with hand-painted murals designed in-house, and a structural slide connecting floors 2 and 1. In line with Lazada's corporate sustainability direction, eco-friendly materials were specified throughout the fit-out. The communal open-space area was purpose-designed for a Gen Z workforce. Every element was coordinated with the building team and our structural consultant, and delivered within 16 weeks.

Foundation & Structure
M&E installation, A/C coordination, structural reinforcement for slide, partitions, ceiling systems, and surface finishes. Full building management coordination throughout.
Interior & Finish
Custom workstations, meeting rooms with Intermulti-designed murals, structural slide installation (Fl. 2 → 1), Gen Z communal open space, and final snagging.
